Delivery
- In-stock items will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of payment.
- Pre-order items will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks, depending on stock validity and arrival of the shipment. Therefore, customer’s patience is deeply appreciated.
- Mode of delivery:
- Normal Mail (Free) will arrive within 2-3 working days from day of despatch.
- Registered Mail: Additional S$2.30 on top of normal postage. Registered mails will arrive 2-5 working day from day of despatch.
- Queens2B will purchase a certificate of posting from Singpost for normal mail at the time of posting. Please email Queens2B if the certificate is required.
- Please note that normal mail is not traceable. Queens2B will not liable for lost item thru normal mail. Please opt for Registered Mail.
