- Queens2B will reserve the items for buyer for 2 days. If Queens2B do not receive the payment, Queens2B reserves the rights to sell the items to the next customer.
- Buyer should allow few cm of measurement discrepancies due to different ways of measurement.
- Buyer should understand that colour will differ due to lighting effects.
- Please order Pre-order stocks only when you are comfortable with the waiting time.
- All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. Queens2B will made refund for the paid Pre-order items that out of stock.
- No cancellation or changing of items after Queens2B had proceeded with the order.
- Queens2B will not responsible for lost items thru normal mails. Please opt for registered mail.
